Natural With Eyebrow and Eyelash Tinting

Professional tinting is a good way to enhance the contrast between the color of your hair and the color of your irises. This simple step will help to make your eyes more eye-catching, and will really allow you to stand out in a crowd. Your beautician will help you to choose the right shade of tint to have the maximum effect based on your natural eye color. The treatment can have stunning effects, regardless of what color your eyes are naturally.

Saving time on this aspect of your beauty routine will also allow you to have more time to do other things that are important to you, whether they are spending time with your friends or family, spending a little longer in bed every morning, or spending a bit more time on other important areas of your health and beauty regime. As well as giving you more time to spend elsewhere, not having to worry about this aspect of your beauty regime every day will also help you to feel less stressed. Reductions in mental stress levels also present themselves physically, meaning that you will look calmer, more refreshed and more naturally beautiful.

Eyelash tinting also works with the assets that you already have, and enhances those assets, rather than completely changing a physical aspect of your body. Because tinting only allows a certain degree of color change, it is designed to work with the person’s natural look, rather than battling against it. This means that eyelash and eyebrow tinting complements existing natural beauty.

Eyelash tinting is a safe and thoroughly tested procedure which can be used by almost anyone, unless they have a known allergy to any of the product components. Because this is a no-stress, quick and easy procedure, more and more women are now choosing to have tinting done. It is well worth asking your beautician about how the process can help to enhance your natural beauty, so that you too can see the benefits of this treatment.

Feel Good Naked

Number one of all the beauty secrets is this, if you want to feel good naked you must be happy in your own skin.

To help you achieve this, look after your skin to bring out its natural beauty. Exfoliate regularly to remove dead skin cells and give your circulation a boost, this will encourage new skin cells at the same time. Encouraging new skin cells will give your skin a younger, fresher look.

Always moisturise using a good moisturiser and pay special attention to dry areas such as elbows, knees and feet. Take your time and massage the moisturiser right into your skin. Massaging not only helps your circulation it also helps to smooth out bumps and wrinkles and will enhance your natural beauty. Olive oil, an old-fashioned beauty secret, will give your skin a luxurious look as well as making it soft and supple to touch. As the surface of your skin improves and you get to know your body better you will begin to feel good naked.

Remove unsightly hairs from your legs, under your arms and tidy up your bikini line, or go the whole hog and go for a Brazilian wax.

You probably already know that eating a balanced diet to maintain healthy skin from the inside will benefit your natural beauty. Oily fish and vegetables will do wonders for your nails, hair and teeth as well as providing fish oils and vitamins for your skin and is a beauty secret worth knowing.

Your hair is your crowning glory especially if you want to feel good naked, have it trimmed regularly and keep it clean, well conditioned and healthy.

A quick fix beauty secret to feel good naked is to decide which your best asset is and show it off to the best advantage. Stand naked in front of a tall mirror and take a good, long look at yourself.

Standing straight on is not always the best pose, experiment by turning slowly and watching how your contours change. Standing side on can be a lot more flattering and compliment your natural beauty. Stand up straight and lift your sternum (breastbone) arch your back slightly so that your bottom sticks out a little bit but not too much.

You can make yourself look slimmer by stretching your body into a bow shape and being careful not to stoop or scrunch yourself up. Or stand slightly side on to the mirror placing one leg in front of the other; this will give you a very sexy shapely outline indeed.

Or try lying on your stomach propped up by your elbows, this accentuates the curve of your back and the shape of your breasts and at the same time minimises your stomach.

The idea behind the above beauty secrets is to create an illusion, flatter your natural beauty and help you to feel good naked.

A good tip is to spend as much time as you can actually being naked, this will get you used to seeing yourself naked and the more you see yourself naked, the more being naked will feel natural to you.

Remember to stand up straight and stretch your body to make yourself look slimmer. It also helps if you master the art of walking by placing one foot in front of the other, as though you are walking a tight rope, and swing your legs from the hips. I’ve found this looks extremely elegant and it will do wonders for your confidence.

Another good beauty secret is to go for soft lighting, such as candles, tea lights or softly coloured light bulbs if you haven’t got a dimmer switch, and make sure the lighting is behind you. This not only has a slimming effect – it will also help to soften your outline and give you a sexy glow.

A soft glow rather than harsh lighting will give your skin an even tone and minimise the appearance of any blemishes.

One of the best beauty secrets I know is taking regular exercise to help keep your body toned and supple, a thirty-minute walk three times a week will pay many benefits. Walk at a speed that gets your heart rate up, this will oxygenate your blood and improve your skin, as well as your muscles and heart. Don’t walk so fast that you can’t have a conversation at the same time.

A toned and balanced body is extremely beautiful and will make you look and feel good naked, and you don’t need an hourglass figure to achieve this. Add quality to your movements with muscles that are long and toned and you will appear more balanced and beautiful.

Finally, the best way to feel good naked is to have confidence in yourself. If you don’t feel it, fake it until you do. Get to know your own body and accept yourself for who you are and how you look.

We are all individuals and there are no set rules for everyone. Watch other women and notice how they move, what looks good and what doesn’t. You can learn a lot by watching others.

Natural Anti Aging Creams

Part of the problem is that so many creams today are labelled as natural when they are clearly not. There are only a few companies that use only natural ingredients free from any harmful chemicals that work with your body and not against it.

While others may provide short term solutions they can have adverse implications for your skin and overall health and well-being.

The best ones fight the main causes of aging using powerful antioxidants, plant extracts, natural oils, enzymes and nutrients to provide your skin with what it needs to heal and repair itself while boosting your immune system and circulation.

These help to make you look younger from the inside out as your collagen levels increase to fade those fine lines and wrinkles and firm up sagging skin effectively.

Free radical damage is another cause of aging along with loss of collagen and so high quality creams will contain powerful antioxidants that add to your own to reverse the damage. This is crucial as these free radicals bounce around and damage healthy cells and can lead to disease later on in life.

Ingredients like Cynergy TK, Phytessence wakame, active Manuka honey, Macadamia oil, Crodomol OP and Babassu wax are some of the best and most natural available. They combine synergistically to enhance their individual powers even further to provide even greater anti aging benefits.

These natural beauty anti aging cream products are not available in your local stores but from specialist online skin care companies that seldom advertize but instead build a large and loyal following based on the results of their creams and lotions.

Once you start using them you will start to notice the differences in just weeks as your skin becomes smoother and softer and the lines start to gradually and naturally fade to reveal younger looking and healthier skin.

Yoga and Natural Beauty

1. To rest and rejuvenate tired eyes, place a peeled slice of cucumber over each closed eye as you lay down and breathe slowly.

2. Smile – Close your eyes and smile slightly. Take your awareness into your body and send your loving smile to the parts of your body that feel tired, stiff or sore. With practice you can easily practice this inner smile which leaves you looking refreshed and rejuvenated.

3. Facial Steam – a facial steam releases stale oils from the pores and loosens debris sticking to the skin. Simply fill a small bowl with hot (not boiling) water. If you have any herbs or aromatherapy oils sprinkle in a few drops (for example, lavender and peppermint are stimulating, rosemary, eucalyptus and rose are cleansing, chamomile is soothing). If you don’t have any, that’s ok. Place a towel over your head and sit quietly with your head about 20 inches from the water, with the towel covering the bowl. Breathe deeply for about 5 minutes as you allow the steam to gently ease away cares and stress from your skin.

4. Mix together 1 tablespoon ripe avocado, mashed; 1 teaspoon honey and 3 drops of cider vinegar and sesame oil to work to a spreading paste. Apply this mixture to your face, avoiding your eyes. Lie down and close your eyes for 10 – 20 minutes. Wash off with warm water.

5. Apply fresh aloe vera gel, straight from the plant, or vitamin E oil to your face, avoiding your eyes. Rest for 10 – 20 minutes, with closed eyes. Gently wash and rinse your face with warm water.

6. Fill a small bowl with warm water. Sprinkle a few herbs (for example mint, bay leaf infusion, or a few slices of lemon) or aromatherapy oils into the bowl. Place a clean flannel in the bowl, swish it around and then wring it out, leaving it slightly damp. Place the warm flannel over your face. Lie down and rest for 5 – 15 minutes.

7. Mix together 2 tablespoons ripe avocado, 1 teaspoon clear honey, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon plain yoghurt, place the mashed mixture into a small bowl and leave to chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Spread over your face, avoiding your eyes and lie down for 10 – 15 minutes. Rinse and wipe with lukewarm water.
